Message communication using Wearable Data Layer for Android/Wear OS
A two way message communication app for Wear OS that makes use of Wearable Data Layer API. Send/receive messages from your wearable/mobile device.
Usage:
- Open project and sync gradle.
- Modify the code to suit your needs.
- Watch out for more features.
To send/receive images:
- Install the app on your wearable and mobile device.
- Important - Make sure your watch is paired with your mobile device through bluetooth. You can pair your watch with your phone through the ‘Wear OS’ app.
- Once the device is paired, tap the ‘Check for connected wearables’ button in the mobile app.
- Finally type your message and send the message to your wearable device. You can follow the same to send a message from your wearable device to your mobile device.
